Know Where to Start When Submitting a Guest Blog Post

Submitting a guest blog post takes time and a solid plan of action. You cannot just bust out an article and send it out to all the guest blogs you can find. This will surely backfire on you. Most blogs have strict guidelines for guest post submissions. These are set to adhere to blog SEO strategies. Not all guidelines will be the same, so you will need to do your homework and read guidelines for all blogs that you intend to submit your writing to. Generally, 90% of all guest blogs submitted will be rejected. Reasons for this may include, the article was not unique enough, there has been a similar blog posted recently or the post in question has been published elsewhere. Some blogs do not mind if the piece has been previously published, but again, you will need to check the rules.
