Blog comments are $1/comment you decide how many per week up to 100.
We can either blog for links purposes by sticking to blogs which use do follow attributes on their blogs, which these links will benefit your rankings for keywords used in the name portion of the comment.

Or we can comment for traffic, in which case we do not stick to do follow blogs, but blogs which are potential users of your site. For example if you sell kids toys, I can comment on personal blogs of mothers who can be potential buyers.
