Blog Contest

Whether or not a client has a blog, a blog contest can be a powerful way for a client to achieve some of their business goals, drive traffic, and convert visitors to customers.

Contest Marketing Package:

Communicate with client via questionnaire to determine the goals of the contest (growing a mailing list, promoting a product, growing a blog subscriber list, etc)
Communicate with client via questionnaire to determine the give-away and contest guidelines
Organize the contest so that it generates the most number of possible backlinks without being penalized by Google
Create contest promotion page or blog post to create excitement the contest, explain guidelines, and clearly explain how to enter
Promote contest on 3-5 relevant, viral blog contest marketing sites
Show client how to track online mentions through Google Alerts and create a report showing blogs promoting the contest (may or may not include all mentions)
