Job Description

Assist the SEO Specialist and guide the webmasters and webmaster assistants in the SEO Campaigns of our clients.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

1. Designing, modifying, and implementing site design on all of our web properties.
2. Use google website optimizer to do A/B Split tests to determine which graphics placed where on a website improve conversions.
3. Install and analyze the results in google analytics to determine how our SEO campaigns can be improved.
4. Use google webmaster tools to determine if there are code errors that need to be fixed on our or our client’s web properties.
5. Understand the importance of site structure in regards to SEO and implement site structure changes at the code level to further the goals of our SEO clients.
6. Understand and implement robots.txt
7. Understand and implement redirects and how to create custom 401 pages for clients.
8. Understand the significance of duplicate content and how it relates to http://mydomain.com and http://www.mydomain.com and how to do a redirect so that duplicate content can be minimized.
9. Understand and implement correct site structure for SEO purposes using no follow links.
10. Ability to fix or find out how to fix all code problems for websites.
11. Install and modify wordpress, joomla, and other blog platforms.
12. Creating Microsites
13. Creating headers, banners, and graphics for client sites
14. Review code of websites to check for errors that could hinder the SEO rankings of our clients
15. Create and modify templates in aweber.com and other email service providers for use in email marketing campaigns
16. Install and modify tracking code in the correct format
17. Run software programs to generate reports
18. Analyze reports to find code and linking errors and make corrections in the sites accordingly
19. Install and modify wordpress templates and customize them per client’s requirements.
20. Experience setting up FTP access, creating email accounts from cpanel, and setting up and pointing domains to different hosting accounts.
21. Attend weekly meetings and communicate with other team members with ideas and suggestions to improve processes and the rankings for our client’s sites.
22. Guide and direct webmaster and web assistants in the uploading of web pages to websites following a specific format. 
23. Guide and direct webmaster and web assistants in the editing of articles from a word doc in Dreamweaver and adding links in html and then uploading the articles to specific web properties following extremely specific instructions.
24. Guide and direct webmaster and web assistants in the submitting of websites for inclusion in Directories.

Requirements

1. Ability to read and write English.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in website design and development
3. Knowledge of html, css, java, etc.
4. Ability to use Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and other industry standard applications
5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and understand what the exact clients needs are.
6. Ability to keep detailed documentation and create organized reports for clients that show exactly what work has been done, what work will be done, and recommendations for future projects.
7. Extremely detail orientated
8. Ability to follow specific directions without error
9. Ongoing SEO education and training.  You are required to submit one report of 500 words or less per month on a related subject to further your understanding of SEO.  A list of approved sites will be provided where you will be able to read a report, watch a video, or learn a new skill.

College degree is NOT required.  Only experienced applicants need apply. Job is freelance and can be done at home.  You are required to come to the office for training and meetings.  You must attend two to three meetings per week at our offices here in Puebla, Mexico.  You are paid on a project basis.  Projects do have deadlines as we are working with clients that expect the work to be done in a timely manner.  You will usually be given 1 to 2 days to complete a project.  The faster you work, the more you can earn.  You must also have your own computer and internet connection.

Asistir al Especialista SEO y guiar a los webmasters y asistentes de web masters en el desarrollo de las campañas SEO de nuestros clientes.

Las Responsabilidades aunque no limitadas a ello serán:

• Diseñar, modificar e implementar el diseño del sitio en todas nuestras propiedades web.
• Usar el optimizador de sitios de google para hacer pruebas A/B fraccional para determinar cuáles gráficos colocados estuvieron en una conversión de mejora.
• Instalar y analizar los resultados en Google analytics para determinar cómo se pueden mejorar nuestras campañas SEO.
• Usar los utensilios de google web máster para determinar si hay errores de código que requieren ser arreglados en las propiedades web de nuestros clientes.
• Entender la importancia  de la estructura del sitio de acuerdo a SEO e implementar cambios en la estructura del sitio a nivel de código para propósitos superiores de nuestros clientes SEO.
• Entender e implementar robots.txt
• Entender e implementar  re direccionamiento y cómo crear paginas custom 401 para los clientes.
• Entender el significado de duplicar el contenido y como se relaciona http://mydomain.com y http://www.mydomain.com  y cómo hacer una redirección de modo que el contenido duplicado se minimice.
• Entender e implementar estructura correcta de sitio para propósitos SEO usando ligas de no seguimiento.
• Habilidad para arreglar y encontrar cómo arreglar todos los problemas de código para los sitios web.
• Instalar y modificar wordpress, joomla, y otras plataformas blog.
• Crear Micro sitios.
• Crear encabezados, banners, y gráficos para sitios de los clientes
• Revisar el código de los sitios web para verificar errores que podrían  entorpecer el rankeo SEO para nuestros clientes.
• Crear y modificar formatos en aweber.com y otros proveedores de servicios e-mail  para ser usados en campañas de mercadeo por correo electrónico.
• Instalar y modificar código de seguimiento en el formato correcto.
• Ejecutar programas de software para generar reportes.
• Analizar reportes para encontrar errores de código y de enlace y hacer las correcciones en los sitios como se requiera.
• Instalar y modificar  formatos wordpress y ajustarlos a las necesidades de los clientes.
• Experiencia en establecer accesos FTP, crear cuentas de e-mail desde cpanel, y establecer y dirigir dominios a diferentes cuentas de hosting.
• Asistir a reuniones semanales y comunicarse con otros miembros del equipo con ideas y sugerencias para mejorar los procesos y el rankeo de los sitios de nuestros clientes.
• Guiar y Direccionar a los web masters y asistentes web al introducir páginas web a los sitios en formatos específicos. 
• Guiar y dirigir web masters y asistentes web en la edición de artículos de word.doc a Dreamweaver y añadir enlaces en HTML para después ponerlos en propiedades web específicas siguiendo instrucciones extremadamente específicas.
• Guiar y dirigir a los webmasters y asistentes web a registrar los sitios para su inclusión en directorios.

 Requerimientos:

• Habilidad para leer y escribir en inglés.
• 2 años mínimos de experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de sitios web.
• Conocimiento de HTML, CSS, Java, etc.
• Habilidad para usar Photoshop, Dreamweaver, y otras aplicaciones industriales estándar.
• Habilidad para trabajar en ambientes de rápida respuesta y entender cuáles son las necesidades de los clientes exactamente.
• Habilidad para guardar documentación detallada y crear reportes organizados para clientes que muestren exactamente como se ha realizado el trabajo, que trabajo se ha hecho y recomendaciones para futuros proyectos.
• Extremadamente orientado a detalle.
• Habilidad para seguir direcciones específicas sin error.
• Educación y entrenamiento SEO continuo. Se requiere la creación de un reporte de 500 palabras o menos al mes sobre un tema relacionado a un conocimiento de SEO superior. Se proveerá de una lista de sitios aprobados donde podrá leer un reporte, ver un video o aprender una nueva habilidad

No se requiere grado universitario. Solo interesados con experiencia requieren de proponerse. Este puesto es Free Lancer y puede realizarse desde casa. Solo se obliga a venir a nuestras oficinas de Puebla, México para las juntas de staff y entrenamiento. El salario se fija en base a proyectos. Los proyectos tienen tiempos de entrega ya que trabajamos con clientes que esperan que su trabajo se realice en base a un horario. Se le dará 1 o 2 días para completar un proyecto. A mayor rapidez, mayores ganancias. Debe contarse con Laptop propia y conexión de internet.
