Job Description

Assist the Web Developer and SEO Specialist in the SEO Campaigns of our clients.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Creating Microsites
• Creating headers, banners, and graphics for client sites
• Review code of websites to check for errors that could hinder the SEO rankings of our clients
• Create and modify templates in aweber.com and other email service providers for use in email marketing campaigns
• Install and modify tracking code in the correct format
• Run software programs to generate reports
• Analyze reports to find code and linking errors and make corrections in the sites accordingly
• Install and modify wordpress templates and customize them per client’s requirements.
• Experience setting up FTP access, creating email accounts from cpanel, and setting up and pointing domains to different hosting accounts.
• Attend weekly meetings and communicate with other team members with ideas and suggestions to improve processes and the rankings for our client’s sites.
• Guide and direct web assistants in the uploading of web pages to websites following a specific format. 
• Guide and direct web assistants in the editing of articles from a word doc in Dreamweaver and adding links in html and then uploading the articles to specific web properties following extremely specific instructions.
• Guide and direct web assistants in the submitting of websites for inclusion in Directories.

Requirements:

1. Ability to read and write English.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in website design and development
3. Knowledge of html, css, java, etc.
4. Ability to use Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and other industry standard applications
5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and understand what the exact clients needs are.
6. Ability to keep detailed documentation and create organized reports for clients that show exactly what work has been done, what work will be done, and recommendations for future projects.
7. Extremely detail orientated
8. Ability to follow specific directions without error
9. Ongoing SEO education and training.  You are required to submit one report of 500 words or less per month on a related subject to further your understanding of SEO.  A list of approved sites will be provided where you will be able to read a report, watch a video, or learn a new skill.

Students in their last year from UDLA, BUAP, Tec de Monterey and other technology schools are encouraged to apply. Recent college graduates without experience and work at home moms looking for some extra income also encouraged to apply.  Job is freelance and can be done at home.  You are required to come to the office for training and meetings.  Meetings will be held twice a week, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.  You must attend one meeting per week.  You are paid on a project basis.  Projects do have deadlines as we are working with clients that expect the work to be done in a timely manner.  You will usually be given 2 weeks to complete a project.  The faster you work, the more you can earn.  You must also have your own computer and internet connection.

• Asistir a juntas semanales y comunicarse con otros miembros del equipo con ideas y sugerencias para mejorar los procesos y el rankeo de los sitios de nuestros clientes.
• Guiar y dirigir a los asistentes web al cargar los artículos de las páginas web a los sitios web siguiendo un formato específico.
• Guiar y dirigir a los asistentes web en la edición de artículos de un documento Word en Dreamweaver y adherir enlaces en HTML para después cargar los artículos a propiedades web específicas siguiendo instrucciones extremadamente específicas.
• Guiar y dirigir a los asistentes web a enviar información para inclusión en directorios.

Requerimientos:

• Habilidad para leer y escribir en inglés.
• Mínimo un año de experiencia en diseño y desarrollo web.
• Conocimiento en HTML; CSS; JAVA; etc.
• Habilidad para usar Photoshop, Dreamweaver y otras aplicaciones.
•  Habilidad para trabajar en un ambiente de realización rápida y entender cuáles son las necesidades exactas de nuestros clientes.
• Habilidad para llevar documentación detallada y crear reportes organizados para los clientes que muestren exactamente cuál es el trabajo que se ha hecho, que será hecho y las recomendaciones para proyectos futuros.
• Extremadamente orientado a detalle.
• Habilidad para seguir instrucciones específicas sin error.
•  Educación y entrenamiento SEO continuo. Se requiere que se envíe en reporte de 500 palabras o menos al mes sobre un tema relacionado a tu comprensión de SEO. Se proveerá de una lista de sitios donde se pueden leer reportes, ver videos o aprender una nueva tarea.

A  estudiantes de UDLA, BUAP, Tac de Monterey  y otras escuelas tecnológicas se les anima a aplicar. Este es un trabajo FreeLancer y puede hacerse desde casa. Se requiere que asistan a la oficina para entrenamiento y reuniones de trabajo. Las reuniones de trabajo se llevarán a cabo dos veces a la semana una vez en la mañana y otra vez por la tarde. Deberán asistir al menos a una de las reuniones a la semana. Se pagará el trabajo en base a cada proyecto. Los proyectos tienen tiempo de entrega   ya que trabajamos con clientes que esperan que los proyectos se concreten en tiempo y forma. Se darán dos semanas para completar cada proyecto. A mayor trabajo realizado más dinero podrá ganar. Deberá contar con su propia computadora y conexión de internet.
